5. Payment and Billing

Payments for projects coordinated by NM Groups must adhere to agreed-upon terms provided in the project estimate or proposal. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Changes to Projects

Any project changes requested by the client must be submitted in writing. NM Groups reserves the right to adjust the project timeline, cost, or scope accordingly and communicate these adjustments clearly before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

NM Groups is not liable for:

• Any damage or loss resulting from contractor or third-party work.

• Delays caused by third-party suppliers or contractors.

• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from project execution.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our coordination and consulting services related to a specific project.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, marketing materials, and intellectual property on the NM Groups website or shared during consultations remain the property of NM Groups. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit our content without express written consent.

9. Termination

NM Groups may terminate our service agreement at any time if:

• You fail to adhere to these Terms.

• Payments are delayed beyond reasonable terms.

You may terminate our services by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees or expenses incurred prior to termination remain payable.
