Discovered homeowner had an additional 3 feet along north and west sides. Removed old wooden fence and installed a high-quality PVC fence, chosen for its durability, weather resistance, and minimal maintenance needs. **Realtor Notes:** Advised site survey to ensure correct fence placement and maximize property value. Recommended PVC fencing material as an appealing upgrade to buyers due to lower maintenance and increased durability compared to traditional wood. **Description of Project:** The homeowner initially sought to replace their deteriorating wooden fence. Upon consultation with our project managers and realtors, a professional site survey was recommended. Surprisingly, the homeowner discovered they owned an extra three feet of property along the north and west boundaries, previously unutilized. The old wooden fence was carefully removed, and a new, modern PVC fence was installed to accurately reflect property lines. The PVC fence provided significant aesthetic improvement, enhanced durability against harsh weather, and a noticeable reduction in required maintenance, compared to traditional wooden fencing. The end result was a spacious, visually appealing yard that immediately increased the home's marketability and value. --- - [Backyard](https://nmgroups.com/projects/topic/backyard) - [1-2 Week
